Following guidance form the manufacturer might get you somewhere close, but you'll have a different listening environment to the one they tested it in. Start with none. See how it sounds. The rules change when using a sealed box where you may almost fill the box because here you don't just kill standing waves all the damping material will also make the box look as if the volume is larger. Stuffing a ported box upsets the box tuning, and if sufficiently stuffed it even alters the transfer function, effectively turning it into a sealed cab. Not recommended. The subwoofer box with three 10s is about 2.6cuft sealed and I used 40 oz of the poly-fill that I picked up from a local hobby store. I have used the fiberglass R19 on several enclosures in the past.
