When you move the throttle stick on the transmitter it moves the throttle bar and the aux 2 bar in clean flight. As far as I can tell the transmitter isn't set up to mix those two channels. 2. The driver installed correctly and I have selected the correct com port. Looking at other forums it suggests shorting the boot pins but I only see one boot PIN on this board. I don't know about the rev 6, but it may simply not accept the reboot command sent by the CF GUI until you have some version of CF on it. If it was a Data port settings that causes the flight controller to stop talking to Betaflight/Cleanflight, you will have to erase all settings on the board too.
