WebbTo take what Lance Hedrick says about it: A big deal on conical burrs, slower is better, less fines. On flat burrs, not that big of a deal. Longer: slower RPM provides more uniform results, but has less power to grind though. However this is not exact science an it's it's more important with conical burrs.
