Ratstallion Requires 20,000 x Sightless Eye, which is used to complete the achievement Underbelly Tycoon. You can get this mount by heading down to the underbelly of Dalaran. WebIt seems like there are always a lot of people there. Why is that? There's a mount you can obtain by collecting sightless eyes in Dalaran sewers. There's also the black market auction house and a few quest lines that lead you down there for various rewards. Most likely the mount or BMAH pulling people there though.
