WebWhile playing WvW you’ll receive Skirmish Chests, and one option is six Testimonies of Heroics. Ten testimonies can be spend on a random desert or jungle hero challenge, so it works out to 1 hero point per testimony (expansion hero challenges are worth 10 points each). Be aware that this will count towards jungle or desert map completion.

To find one either keep an eye in map chat, ask in map chat for help, or look in the Looking for Group (LFG) tab under the map you were trying to get them off of. Each Expansion HP gives you 10 points rather than 1.
