WebOctojones can't be S-Tier imo. (Reposting my comment from another thread): Striker Jones at lvl 20 is painful, especially with Biker Bones or Octojones. His lvl 3 ability is on a 6 second CD excluding MK or an Energizer. With them, Octojones & Biker Bones can't even finish their ability voice lines before starting it again.
