Working with relocation clients is my specialty, nothing like first hand experience to understand the needs and frustrations experienced when moving your family to a new city. In my previous work history, having worked for Chrysler Corporation and Rockwell International, my wife Marilyn and I along with our family, re-located a number of times throughout Canada and the United States. This personal experience provides me with the knowledge and skills to help you head off common problems and overcome hurdles you may encounter, to make your move to Windsor the smoothest transition possible. My personal mission is to provide you with a unique top quality type of service in this area, not offered by other real estate representatives. I aim to accomplish this by my knowledge of the City of Windsor from being a long time resident proud to call Windsor my home, my own personal relocation experience and additional services I offer to relocation clients. I take great pride in providing top quality service to all my clients exceeding the industry standard.

Specifically, I will advise you which neighborhoods in the city are good for raising children if you have any, the local Catholic and Public primary and secondary schools, available French language schools if applicable, whether the area is serviced by the Transit Windsor bus service, closest community center and libraries, approximate distance and travel time to your place of business and other useful information to get you acquainted with your neighborhood and the city. In addition to a kit containing useful information regarding financing and purchasing of a house, I will provide you with a Relocation kit containing a City of Windsor Map, Community Center booklet and other necessary brochures, coupons that will introduce you and assist you in finding all that the city has to offer. I offer the personal touch and will spend the time with you reviewing or advising you in any special interest subjects or needs you or your family might have.
